WedMap Assistant is the first-ever Wedding Concierge for weddings in Italy, where couples can connect and chat with a personal, on-demand wedding expert at WedMap. Schedule your free online consultation, and purchase tailor made vendor recommendations to assemble your wedding dream team without lifting a finger. All vendor recommendations are made sure to fit your wedding style, date & budget.
Short version: we are not.
Long version: we do part of the wedding planner’s job which is to help you assemble your wedding’s dream team, find a perfect venue and other suppliers. The rest of the planning process like guest list building, sending invitations, decorating, on-day coordination and other important tasks is totally up to you or a wedding planner you hire.
  1. As soon as you get assigned your personal wedding assistant, she will reach out to you to get a better understanding on what is important to you and what are your requests.
  2. Once she get a bigger picture of your wedding vision, she then reaches out to the potential suppliers from our database of 1000+ wedding venues and professionals, to see whether their service fits your budget and most importantly is still available for the dates requested.
  3. Once she finds at least 3 options that fit the style, budget and date, she sends those options to you for the feedback.
  4. If you find what you like – great! If not, your wedding assistant will keep looking until you are 100% satisfied!
Your WedMap Assistant is an expert in matching you with your dream team of vendors. All Assistants factor in aesthetic, budget, availability, and more when connecting you with the top wedding professionals who can help you pull together your big day vision. Our Assistant team can also help you figure out how to allocate your budget and send you other helpful planning and inspiration resources.
An online consultation with your WedMap Assistant is completely free. Packages of vendor recommendations cost CHF 199.- per vendor category.
A lot of work goes into making sure that the recommendations we give you are within your budget, fits your dream and is available on the requested dates. Imagine about all the time you save! To ensure the best quality service for both our couples and vendors, we charge a small fee for recommendation packages. Your Assistant personally reaches out to our vendor network to ensure that the best fits are available to work with you, and the vendors we recommend take time to confirm their schedules. Think of the fee as an investment that will save you time and ensure you the best service.

As a first step in the vendor recommendation process, your WedMap Assistant will schedule a free 30 minutes consultation to learn all about your dream wedding, your budget, your timeline, and more. He or she will then take all of this information and, along with a little technology and data magic, personally match you with vendors screened for pricing, aesthetic, and availability. Our vendors confirm that they are available on your wedding date before we ever send their information your way.

Your Assistant is a real person, and she does need contact dozens of vendors until she’s able to offer you at least 3 that fits your wishes. Thus, it might take up to 5-7 working days to get the recommendations package.
You WedMap Assistant is an expert in weddings in Italy and match-making (between couples and vendors that is!) Think of your Assistant as your partner in planning, you maid of honor, your actual executive assistant who is here to guide you in making your wedding dream come true.
